​1. How long does shipping take? When will my order be dispatched?

The estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days, which includes:
​Processing time: 5–7 business days
​Shipping time: 5–7 business days
Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from these timeframes.

​2. What if the package arrives damaged or parts are missing?

Although we pack all components securely to prevent shifting, minor cosmetic wear or scratches may occasionally occur during transit due to courier handling. If your bike arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email them to us at support@kenebike.com within 14 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange for replacement parts or a proper solution.

3. Can I return my order for personal reasons?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. For bikes, the odometer must show fewer than ten (10) miles. Please note that non-defective returns are subject to a $200 restocking and handling fee.

Before placing your order, please confirm that you are13 years of age or older. This vehicle is intended for off-road use only and is not permitted on public roads. When riding, always follow local laws and regulations, wear a helmet, and prioritize safety at all times.
