KENE Bike Warranty & Return Policy
At KENE, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our electric bikes. This Limited Warranty is automatically registered when you purchase through our official online store.
1: Warranty Coverage Overview
The following table outlines the warranty coverage period and conditions for each part of your KENE electric bike.

2: Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover damage, failure, or loss caused by:

Abnormal Use & Abuse: Stunt riding, racing, jumping, commercial rental/delivery use, or operating beyond the bike's intended capacity.

Environmental & Water Damage: Immersion in water, exposure to heavy rain, mud, salt, harsh chemicals, power surges, or storage in extreme weather.

Unauthorized Modifications: Altering the speed limit, rewiring, controller/motor tuning, or installing non-KENE approved third-party accessories or batteries.

Improper Maintenance & Assembly: Failure to follow the User Manual instructions, improper assembly, neglect, or continued riding after a malfunction is apparent. (Note: Standard troubleshooting, such as replacing a fuse according to the Troubleshooting section of the User Manual, will NOT void your warranty).

Altered Identifiers: Any product with a removed, defaced, or tampered VIN, barcode, or serial number.

Third-Party Labor: Labor charges, inspection fees, or repair costs incurred at local bike shops without prior written approval from KENE.
3: Shipping Damage & Cosmetic Inspection
We take great care in packaging, but transport damage can occasionally happen.

Unboxing Inspection: We strongly encourage customers to inspect their bike upon arrival. Any shipping damage, scratches, or cosmetic defects must be reported to
support@kenebike.comwithin 14 days of delivery along with photos/videos of the package and affected components.

Resolution: Approved claims within 14 days will receive free replacement parts or accessories. Damage reported after 14 days will be evaluated as usage-related wear and tear.
4: Return Policy (Undamaged Bikes)
If you wish to return an undamaged bike within the return window, the following conditions apply:

Eligibility: The bike must have an odometer reading of less than 10 miles, be completely free of scratches or dirt, and be returned in its original packaging with all included tools and accessories.

Flat Return Fee: A standardized fee of $200 will be deducted from your final refund. This fee directly covers prepaid courier return labels, freight carrier pickup, and warehouse restocking inspection.

Process: Contact
support@kenebike.comfor a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Section 5: Warranty Claims & Dispute Resolution

How to File a Claim: Contact KENE Customer Support via email (
support@kenebike.com) with your Order Number, VIN/Serial Number, Display Odometer Photo, and clear video/photos illustrating the issue. Most replacement parts are processed and shipped within 1–10 business days via USPS, FedEx, or YunExpress.

Chargeback Policy: If a credit card chargeback or payment dispute is initiated while you retain the product, warranty processing will be temporarily paused until the dispute is resolved or withdrawn. Once settled, standard warranty coverage will seamlessly resume from the original delivery date.

Performance Disclaimer: Estimated range and top speed listed on our website are based on standardized testing conditions (e.g., 150 lbs rider, flat paved road, 75°F ambient temperature, Eco mode). Actual performance will vary depending on rider weight, cargo, terrain, tire pressure, wind, and temperature.

Limitation of Liability: Riding electric bicycles involves inherent risks. KENE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including personal injury or property damage) resulting from product usage or improper assembly. Always inspect key components prior to riding.
