In most cases, once the chargeback is resolved, the warranty will resume from the original shipping date (no extension for the suspension period).

9. Liability Disclaimer

Riding any bicycle involves inherent risks that may result in serious accident, injury, or death. It is the sole responsibility of the rider to educate themselves on safe riding practices. Upon receiving the bike, KENE Bike strongly recommends having a certified, reputable bicycle mechanic inspect all components to ensure safe operation.
KENE Bike makes no claims or guarantees that any bike component (brakes, battery, frame, motor, controller, display, cables, fasteners, etc.) will be properly secured or adjusted upon arrival. Always fully inspect the bike before each ride to ensure all components are secure and adjusted correctly.
Under no circumstances is KENE Bike liable for any damage (including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage) resulting from damaged, defective, or improperly secured parts.
