FAQS

Quick answers about KENE range, charging, fit and repair support. Check your model’s specifications and manual before use.

How far can I ride on one charge?

Listed range is 31 miles for KN80, 46 miles for KN80 PRO, 30–70 miles for KN110 and KN110 PRO, and 62 miles for KN300. These are estimates, not guaranteed distances.

Why might actual range be lower than 30–70 miles?

The 30–70-mile specification applies to KN110 and KN110 PRO, not all models. Terrain, rider and cargo weight, tire pressure, wind, temperature and riding mode affect range. Hills and rough trails can reduce range compared with flat-road testing; no terrain-specific mileage is guaranteed. See the Warranty performance notes and your manual.

How long does charging take?

Listed charging time is 6–8 hours for KN80, KN80 PRO, KN110 and KN110 PRO, and 4.5–5 hours for KN300. The overall 4.5–8-hour span varies by model; it does not mean every bike charges in 4.5 hours. Follow your model’s instructions in Download.

How long will the battery last, and what about capacity loss?

No guaranteed battery lifespan or charge-cycle count is specified here. Capacity can decrease over time. The current Warranty lists one year of coverage for original battery manufacturing defects and abnormal functional failure, excluding normal capacity loss. Follow the care instructions in your manual.

Can I use a different charger?

Use only a charger approved by KENE for your exact battery and follow the instructions in your manual. Do not assume chargers are interchangeable between models. Ask support to confirm compatibility; the Warranty excludes battery issues caused by non-approved chargers.

Which bike suits my height and load?

Listed maximum loads are 265 lbs for KN80 and KN80 PRO, 330 lbs for KN110 and KN110 PRO, and 242 lbs for KN300. A confirmed rider-height range is not available in the checked specifications. Send support your height, inseam and intended rider/cargo load to confirm fit before ordering.

What are the main differences between models?

KN80 has a 48V 23Ah battery and 14/12-inch tires; KN80 PRO has a 60V 30Ah battery. KN110 and KN110 PRO use 20×4.0-inch tires with 48V 20Ah and 48V 30Ah batteries respectively. KN300 has a 60V 40Ah battery and an aluminum-alloy frame. Compare the linked specifications and manuals.

How will my bike be shipped?

Confirm the shipping method and delivery estimate for your model and destination with support before ordering; no single carrier or delivery time is promised here. KN300 is currently labeled pre-order. Inspect your package on arrival and follow the shipping-damage instructions in the Warranty.

How do I get spare parts or repair support?

Email support@kenebike.com with your order number, model, VIN/serial number, odometer photo and clear photos or video of the issue. Support can confirm compatible parts and next steps; availability and repair costs require confirmation. Check Download for manuals and the Warranty before arranging repairs. Local-shop labor requires prior written KENE approval for coverage.
